Vegan living rocks! These foods look like the best tasting! Thanks for the photos, I'd love to visit Portland one day, it sounds like a great place to be and a bonus for us vegans too.

All of that food looks delicious! I´m so envious - getting good vegan food here in Sweden is hard. Even harder, when my friends refuse to go with me to any veg*an restaurants. Can you believe - I have been vegan/vegetarian for almost 18 years, and have never been to a vegetarian restaurant! A shame, really...
